1. Scope of Services and Agreement
1.1 Kanshan provides users with online design tool applications, rendering services and other services through the Xiamo platform. The specific details are subject to the service content provided by Xiamo at that time.
1.2 Among them, Kanshan refers to Nanjing Kanshan Jianshui Network Technology Co., Ltd., the owner and operator of the Xiamo platform; "users" refer to those who understand and accept all the terms of this agreement, complete the registration process of the Xiamo platform or use the Xiamo platform, and have a complete civil act A natural person, legal person or other organization with full capacity for civil liability (hereinafter collectively referred to as "you").
1.3 This agreement is an agreement between you and Kanshan regarding the use of the Xiamo platform and has contractual effect.

2. User registration and real-name authentication
2.1 You can log in to the Xiaomi platform through your Xiaomi user account, third-party website account (Weibo, QQ, WeChat, etc.), or you can choose to be an anonymous user and only enjoy some functions and services such as browsing and information viewing. Either way, you shall abide by the terms of the Xiaomi platform agreement and various business rules.
2.2 To register an account, you should be a natural person with full capacity for civil conduct; if you are a natural person with limited or no capacity for civil conduct, you should use the services of the Xiamo platform with the consent of your guardian, otherwise Kanshan may The right to suspend or terminate your membership at any time.
2.3 You should provide true, complete and accurate information according to the prompts on the registration page. You may not use other people's information to register an account or provide Kanshan with other false information.
2.4 In order to protect your legitimate rights and interests and transaction security, we recommend that you register a Xiamo user account. You can register a user account with an email address on platforms such as the official website, mobile client and computer client, and the account will record your activities when using the Xiaomi platform services.
2.5 At the same time, you need to be reminded that registering a Xiamo user account does not mean that you can use all the services provided by the Xiamo platform. In order to protect the legitimate rights and interests of users and transaction security, Xiaomi may require you to perform real-name authentication and provide more identity information and information for further identity authentication or qualification verification for the activation of certain functions and services. You must provide true, current, valid and complete information as required by Xiamo.
2.6 The ownership of the Xiamo platform account belongs to Kanshan. After you complete the application for registration, you only get the right to use the account.
2.7 If it is found that you have defrauded registration with false or untrue information, Kanshan has the right to take measures such as correction within a time limit, deletion of information, restriction or suspension of use, freezing or cancellation of account, and termination of providing some or all services to you without notice.
2.8 You should correct false information in a timely manner, update and improve your relevant information. If you fail to correct or update the information in time, Kanshan cannot provide you with services as agreed in the agreement, or if you cause any loss in the process of using Kanshan products or services, you shall be responsible for it.
2.9 Kanshan is not responsible for the suspension or termination of services due to false registration information, and you shall bear all adverse consequences. If you cause losses to Kanshan, you should bear the corresponding responsibility.
3. Account security and management
3.1 Users should properly keep account information, including account numbers, passwords, verification codes and other information. User accounts can only be used by registered users themselves, and no transfer, transaction, gift, lease or borrow is allowed. If Kanshan finds that the user is not the initial registrant of the account, it has the right to restrict, freeze, cancel the account, suspend or terminate the provision of all or part of the services under this agreement without notice, without having to bear legal responsibility to the account user Responsibilities, including but not limited to the loss of user communication interruption, user data and content clearing, etc., shall be borne by the user. You shall be responsible for all losses caused by the leakage or loss of your account number, password or other valid identification information, or the theft or tampering of your account number and password due to your personal reasons.
3.2 You have the right to decide to terminate the use of the user account. When you decide to no longer use your user account, you should first confirm that there are no unexpired tasks under your user account, and you should pay off all payables (including but not limited to principal, interest, liquidated damages, services, etc.) Afterwards, withdraw all available funds (if any) in the user account or send other legal payment instructions to Kanshan, and apply to Kanshan to cancel the user account. 4. Service fees and other fees

Kanshan may revise and change the charging standards and methods of charging services according to actual needs, and Kanshan may also start charging for some free services. Kanshan will notify or announce on the corresponding service page before the aforesaid modification, change or charging.
4.2 Users may need to pay certain third-party service fees to third parties (such as banks, third-party payment companies or third parties providing technical services, etc.) during the use of the Xiamo platform. 5. Legal obligations and commitments
5.1 You promise that you will never use the Xiamo platform for any illegal purpose or in any illegal way, and you promise to abide by the relevant Chinese laws, regulations and all international practices for using the Internet, and abide by all network protocols, rules and guidelines related to the Xiamo platform.
5.2 You agree and guarantee that you must abide by the provisions of national laws and regulations when using this service, and you shall not use the Xiamo platform to conduct the following acts or provide convenience or help for them, nor produce, upload, store, publish or disseminate content related to the following acts. :
5.2.1 Those who oppose the basic principles established by the Constitution;

5.3.2 Transfer, sell, rent, lend or share the account to others for use;
5.3.3 Steal or illegally access or abuse other user accounts or the information in the accounts;
5.3.4 Delete all copyright information on the Xiamo platform, reverse engineer, disassemble, and decompile the Xiamo platform, or try to discover the software source code in other ways;
5.3.5 Commercially copy, alter, modify, hook up the Xiamo platform, or create any derivative works or products, and use plug-ins, plug-ins or unauthorized tools to access, interfere with, or affect the Xiamo platform;
5.3.6 Conduct any behavior that damages or attempts to damage network security, including but not limited to, malicious scanning of other websites and servers, illegal intrusion into the system, illegal acquisition of data, etc. by means of viruses, Trojan horses, malicious code, phishing, etc.;
5.3.7 Make any changes or attempt to change the system configuration provided by this service or damage the system security;
5.3.8 Use technology or other means to disrupt and disrupt the operation of this service and the use of this service by other users;
5.3.9 access or attempt to access our products or services through web crawlers or other automated means, or violate robots.txt or similar files in our products or services;
5.3.10 Take any action in bad faith, or any rating or review that may damage the reputation or goodwill of our products or services, and any actions that may affect the integrity or accuracy of our products or services;

5.4 If Kanshan discovers on its own or based on information from relevant departments, complaints from rights holders, etc., that your behavior violates the above-mentioned relevant laws and regulations or this agreement, Kanshan has the right to unilaterally take the following measures at any time according to its own independent judgment. one or more of:
5.4.1 Require you to replace or modify the content immediately;
5.4.2 Directly delete, block relevant content or disconnect links, etc.;
5.4.3 Restrict or suspend your use of this service (including but not limited to directly offline some of your services and withdraw relevant resources, and restrict your account operations, etc.);
5.4.4 Terminate your use of the Xiaomi platform and terminate the cooperation (including but not limited to delisting all your services and withdrawing relevant resources, canceling user accounts, etc.);
5.4.5 Pursue your legal responsibility.
5.5 When Kanshan takes the measures under Article 5.4 against you, Kanshan will provide you with an appeal channel, and will notify you of the specific appeal method by email, internal letter, text message or phone call.
6. Service Suspension and Interruption
6.1 In view of the particularity of network services, Kanshan may adjust or terminate some or all of the services at any time with justifiable reasons. However, Kanshan will notify you in advance as much as possible so that you can make backups of relevant data and make business adjustments to protect your legitimate rights and interests. If the changed, interrupted or terminated network service is a free network service, the Xiaomi platform does not need to notify the user, and does not need to assume any responsibility to any user or any third party. Such valid reasons include the following:
6.1.1 Routine maintenance, that is, the regular or irregular maintenance, maintenance and upgrade of the service platform or related equipment by Kanshan to provide users with more complete services.
6.1.2 Force majeure, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, policy promulgation adjustments, laws and regulations promulgation adjustments, strikes, turmoil, and epidemics;
6.1.3 The fault of the basic operator, including but not limited to technical adjustment of the telecommunication department, destruction of telecommunication/power lines by others, installation, transformation and maintenance of telecommunication network/power resources by the telecommunication/power department;
6.1.4 Network security incidents, such as computer viruses, Trojan horses or other malicious programs, and damage from hacker attacks;
6.1.5 Improper operation by the user or failure of the user's computer software, system, hardware and communication lines;
6.1.6 Users use related services in ways not authorized by Kanshan;
6.1.7 Other circumstances that are not at the fault of Kanshan, beyond the control of Kanshan or reasonably foreseeable.
7. Termination of service
7.1 You understand and agree that the suspension, interruption or termination of user services and/or user accounts does not mean the termination of the user's responsibility, and the user should still be liable for possible breach of contract or damages during the use of the Xiaomi platform. During the statutory or agreed period, Kanshan can still retain the relevant information of users. After the statutory period expires, the content or data related to the account will be deleted or anonymized and cannot be recovered.
7.2 If the service is terminated for any reason (including but not limited to force majeure, user arrears, user violation, etc.), for all the data in your Xiaomi user account or the data stored in the Xiaomi server due to your use of the Xiaomi platform, etc. For any information, you should complete the migration and backup of all data within 30 days after the termination of this service, otherwise Xiamo has the right to refuse your request for migration and backup.
8. Disclaimer of Liability
8.1 In any case, the responsibility for the provision of related services by a third party during the user's use of the Xiaomi platform shall be borne by the third party, and Kanshan shall not assume such responsibility.
8.2 Any other loss or liability caused by the user's own reasons shall be the responsibility of the user, and Kanshan shall not be liable.
8.3 Kanshan does not provide any warranty or condition, whether express, implied or statutory, to any user and/or any transaction. Kanshan has the right to review, supervise and process the user's use of Xiaomi platform services and whether the information conforms to the provisions of national laws and regulations, but Kanshan does not undertake any form of certification or identification services for such information. 10. Commercial activities
10.1 You understand and agree that we can carry out the following commercial activities in the products or services provided by Kanshan: send you commercial advertisements or other relevant commercial information about Kanshan or third parties through the website or SMS, email or other legal means .
10.2 We especially remind you that if the push information you receive is about a third party rather than Kanshan, you should judge the authenticity of the content and be responsible for your own judgment. 11. Intellectual Property

12. Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution
12.1 The validity and performance of this Agreement and its amendments will be governed by Chinese laws, and any disputes will only be governed by Chinese laws.
12.2 The place where this agreement is signed is Yuhuatai District, Nanjing City, Jiangsu Province, China. Any disputes or disputes between the user and Kanshan caused by this agreement should first be resolved through friendly negotiation. 2. Registration, login and commitment to compliance

2.3 【Law Compliance Commitment】

3. Software acquisition, update and uninstallation

3.2 [Update] In order to improve the user experience and improve the service content, Kanshan will continue to strive to develop new functions and services, and provide you with software updates from time to time. These updates may take the form of software replacement, modification, function enhancement, version upgrade, etc. In order to ensure the security and functional consistency of the Xiamo platform, Kanshan has the right to update the software without special notice to you, or to change or limit some functional effects of the software. After a new version of this software is released, the old version of the software may not be available. 4. Intellectual property rights and licenses related to the Xiamo platform
